Since 2012 I’ve interviewed over 1,000 candidates across three continents and hired more than 500. For years I relied on resumes handed to me by HR: keywords aligned, skills checked out… yet the interview-to-hire ratio stayed frustratingly low.
So I flipped the script. Instead of filtering harder, I started interviewing the same candidates multiple times. It was time-consuming, but I uncovered traits and potential that no resume ever showed. Those hires didn’t just fill roles but they also transformed teams and pushed the company forward.
That’s why I built Nurofile™.
It’s not just a smarter resume. It’s a layered, AI-powered identity for every candidate, so hiring managers see the whole person without wasting time or missing the best talent.
